Terms of Service

1. Service

MyAstrologyMap generates interactive astrocartography maps with personalised AI interpretations based on the user's birth data.

2. Nature of the content

Astrological interpretations are reflective, inspirational and entertainment-oriented. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Content is partly generated by AI — this is clearly labelled on every view. Make life decisions on your own, or in consultation with a qualified professional.

3. Payments and right of withdrawal

A one-time purchase (EUR 5 or equivalent) grants perpetual access to full interpretations for a single chart. The monthly subscription (EUR 10/month or equivalent) grants access to additional features — it renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable to the buyer's country, calculated by Stripe Tax based on the billing address provided at checkout.

Right of withdrawal: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (and art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Before the service begins, you are asked to explicitly consent to immediate performance (a checkbox in the purchase flow). Once you give that consent and the service starts being performed (e.g. the full interpretation is generated), you lose the right of withdrawal in accordance with art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and art. 38 pt 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. If you wish to preserve your right of withdrawal, do not tick the consent box; the service will be made available only after the 14-day period has elapsed.

4. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

MyAstrologyMap is not liable for decisions made on the basis of astrological content. The service is provided "as is".

6. Complaints

Complaints are accepted by email at contact@myastrologymap.com (or at the address listed in the site footer). Please include in your message:

  • Order number (if applicable) or date of purchase
  • Description of the problem
  • Preferred resolution (e.g. refund, correction, replacement)

You will receive a reply within 14 days of receipt of your complaint. If we are unable to resolve the matter within that period, we will inform you and provide an expected response date.

For consumer disputes, you may use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the site.
